Join us for a trip down the red carpet and watch the exciting treble reel costume competition. Awards will be given for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd places in each competition for performance and additional prizes will be given for best costumes.
Feel free to be creative, using all types of ideas that reflect the theme. Your entry must make some sort of connection to the theme, "A Night at the Movies." It can be a song from a movie, a song about movies, a dance acting out a movie or any other connection you can think up. Creativity is welcomed and rewarded.
Due to popular demand, we've added an individual competition this year. If your dancer wishes to compete by themselves, they are welcome to do so. All entrants will register in the same compeition, and solo competitors will be seperated from teams on feis day.
NOTE: Dancers will enter the costume treble reel team competition via entry form the day of the feis, Oct 15. Individuals may register on Efeis.

- All dances are limited to 3 minutes or less.
- Teams have a minimum of 2 dancers and a maximum of 5.
- Team Age is the age of 51% of the dancers in the team.
- A dancer may participate in multiple teams.
- There are no limites to the number of treble reel team entries.
- Teams will compete in tastefulcostumes of choice. Costume must fit the theme of the competition.
- The use of upper body props is permitted. All props must be safe and not impede the dancer(s) or result in damage to the dance floor.
- Teams will deliver a CD of their own appropriate music fo rthe costume treble reel competition to the Stage Manager upon check-in, with team name & competition number clearly marked on the CD.
- All CDs will be stopped at 3 minutes of play, unless otherwise noted ont h CD. If you require fade in or fade out at a certain time, it must be clearly marked on the CD. (We'll gladly play as you wish, we just need to know when to start, stop and fade.)
- Teams WILL NOT use competitor numbers. Stage Manager will announce Team Names. Feel free to be creative with Team Name as well.
- All team members must be in costume and ready to begin the competition within 15 minutes of the end of the Adult Treble Reel competition. Teams will compete in age order.
- The Costume Party fee per dancer is $5.00 All non-dancers and families are free to enjoy the party at no additional cost.
- LATE ENTRIES ACCEPTED up to one hour prior to the start of the competition. Sign-up sheets will be available at the registration desk.
- Teams can be made up of dancers from differing schools.
